Democratic Front, in the production and commercialization
of their products.” |
| FDC :
In Mexico, Frères des Hommes supports
the Farmers’ Democratic Front, in its fight to
guarantee that peasant families have enough food for
the whole year. This has been done through “food
storage barns,” which serve to improve the farmers’
ability to sell their products (price negotiation and
distribution), and which allow access to credit from
micro-credit unions.

families that make up the FDC, in Chihuahua in northern
Mexico, live and work in difficult conditions, due to
the arid climate. The region’s irrigation systems

within the Frente Democratico Campesino, the families
